Three Lakes RV is conveniently located at 10354 Smooth Water Dr, Hudson, FL 34667, USA. Hudson is a growing community situated on Florida's picturesque Gulf Coast in Pasco County. This strategic location offers residents and visitors the advantage of enjoying a relaxed, suburban coastal lifestyle while maintaining excellent accessibility to a wide range of amenities, services, and attractions.
For Floridians, the park's address ensures easy access from various parts of the state. It is well-connected to major roadways, including US-19, which provides a direct route along the Gulf Coast, linking Hudson to other vibrant cities like Port Richey, New Port Richey, and Spring Hill. Furthermore, State Road 52 offers easy east-west connectivity, allowing for convenient travel to larger metropolitan areas such as Tampa and Clearwater. This means that whether you're heading to major airports, seeking diverse dining and shopping experiences, or exploring cultural attractions, everything is within a manageable drive.
The location on Smooth Water Drive suggests a dedicated, perhaps internal, road within the resort, contributing to a sense of privacy and community. While the park offers a serene environment, it is also noted that "outside the gates there’s just not much going on," which can be seen as a positive for those seeking tranquility but might require a short drive for extensive off-site activities. For locals, this balance between peaceful living and reasonable access to essential services and regional attractions is a significant benefit. Its appeal to "northerners to come hide from the cold" also highlights its suitability for those seeking a long-term escape to Florida's warmth.

Customer Reviews
Been living here for the past 2 1/2 years with my kiddos. Beautiful resort, well kept and great staff. Fun activities for kids and adults, and great amenities. Public school buses pick kids up in front of the neighborhood. Nice sized lots with pretty landscaping and large storage sheds. Wish they had a playground and that kids were allowed to jump in the pool, but other than that we love it here.
Stayed here for a few months, gave a 30 day notice and they wouldn’t pro rate monthly rent which was a waste of money ($300+). Very clean and quiet, management was pretty good. Outside the gates there’s just not much going on. Seems like a good place for northers to come hide from the cold and hang out.
Kitty is amazing and the craft show was a great success for all the vendors. I look forward to the next one
