I have lived here just over a year. The property manager is top notch. She always addresses issues in a timely manner. They have been cleaning out the riff raff. Recently built a park for the kids. Very understanding if your late. And there alseems to be things for kids to do.

A quite trailer community in a great school district. There are a lot of good people who reside there but of course with all communities similar to this there are nosey neighbors but all in all decent people

The Rd is in terrible shape. There's a whole area that's nothing but a big hole on one side of Rd. Been that way for 2 years or more. Bust ur tires.
