The park’s focus on customer service is evident, with guests consistently praising the "folks that run it" as "easy to work with" and feeling "like family" during their stay, particularly noted during stressful times like Hurricane Beryl. This strong emphasis on hospitality creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

TLC RV Park and Resort is strategically located at 1610 Terrell St, Cuero, TX 77954, USA. This address places it on the northwestern edge of Cuero, offering a convenient balance between easy access to town amenities and a slightly more relaxed, less congested environment than being right in the bustling center. Cuero, a historic town in South Central Texas, is known for its rural charm, community events, and historical significance, including its famous "Turkeyfest."
The park's location on Terrell Street (which is also noted as N Terrell Street in some records) generally provides straightforward access for RVs of all sizes. Travelers will appreciate the relatively easy navigation to and from major roadways, making arrivals and departures smooth. Being in Cuero means guests are never far from essential services such as grocery stores, gas stations, dining options, and local attractions, including the Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum and various city parks.
One minor consideration mentioned in a review is the proximity to "train tracks." While this might imply occasional train noise, it's a common characteristic of many RV parks located near active railway lines that are part of the broader transportation network. Despite this, the overall feedback leans heavily towards the park’s positive attributes and its pleasant environment. The easy accessibility to town ensures that guests can stock up on supplies or explore Cuero's unique offerings with minimal travel time, enhancing the convenience of their stay.

- RV Storage: For RV tenants, storage units are available, providing a convenient solution for those needing to store their RV or extra belongings.
- Future On-Site Restaurant: There are plans for an "adjacent bar and grill" (Green Gobbler Bar & Grill) on the property, which would significantly enhance dining convenience for guests once operational.
A minor point noted by a reviewer is the "shore power outlet is pretty low," which while potentially a small inconvenience for some RV setups, is acknowledged as understandable due to slide-outs. Another point was that "Rocks can be fun when they’re mowing without a closed mower deck or backing up in a tighter spot when wet," indicating minor operational considerations. Overall, these are minor details compared to the extensive list of positive highlights.

We stayed here for hurricane beryl. The customer service was excellent and made me feel like i was family. We pulled in and the place was beautiful and so well kept. The pool was so nice and clean and the showers were spotless! We all enjoyed the playground and cornhole/ horseshoes. In the morning while drinking my coffee you can see the huge deer laying in the field. For those who have fur babies this has a very nice dog park also. We will definitely be back to visit!!

I called a number of times and attempted email and text before I visited, and finally rec’d a return call. No one was there (anywhere) when I visited. Again attempted call unsuccessfully. I decided not to stay b/c of lack of communication and it was more than I wanted to spend.
Huge spaces, lots of trees and a nice pool. Very helpful management.
