Promotions or Special Offers

While True West Campground & Stables consistently offers exceptional value through its comprehensive services and facilities, specific, time-limited promotions or general discounts are best confirmed directly with the campground. However, based on typical operations of high-quality, full-service campgrounds, here are some common ways guests might find value or special offers:

  • Tiered Pricing for Stays: The campground offers nightly, weekly, and potentially extended stay rates for its RV and tent sites, as well as for its unique lodging options (Marshal Suite, Miner's Shack Cabin, Covered Wagons). Longer stays often come with a built-in discount compared to daily rates, representing a significant value for those planning extended visits.
  • Package Deals for Equestrian Groups: Given its strong focus on "HORSEpitality®" and large group amenities, True West Campground may offer special packages for equestrian groups, clubs, or events that utilize multiple stalls and campsites or lodging units. It's advisable for organizers to inquire directly about group rates.
  • Seasonal Promotions: Like many campgrounds, True West might offer special rates during off-peak seasons (e.g., late fall, winter, early spring) when demand is lower. These can be an excellent opportunity for locals to experience the park at a reduced cost.
  • Event-Specific Offers: Since the campground hosts "MANY fun filled Events all throughout the year," they may occasionally run specific promotions tied to these events, such as discounted stays for participants or bundled pricing for event registration and camping. Checking their social media (e.g., Facebook) is often a good way to find out about upcoming events and any associated offers.
  • "Friend Site" Potential: While not explicitly stated as a promotion, the concept of "shared sites" or side-by-side sites that allow awnings to open together (as seen in some other campgrounds) could be a unique offering for friends traveling together, potentially at a combined rate or with added convenience.
  • Loyalty Programs: A campground with such strong customer satisfaction and repeat visitors might have informal or formal loyalty programs for returning guests. It's always worth asking about any benefits for repeat patronage.

To get the most accurate and up-to-date information on any current promotions, special offers, or detailed pricing for your specific needs (e.g., RV site type, lodging choice, length of stay, horse stalls), the most reliable approach is to contact True West Campground & Stables directly via phone or by visiting their official website. The property was very well-kept. The concierge service was great. Harold and Ron were so polite and helpful. The lodging was in great condition, clean and comfortable! Very pleased with our six day stay at True West. The camp owners were absolutely amazing and wonderful. They were extremely attentive, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I would venture to say that this campground is a “full service” campground. From checking in, to helping guests unload their horses, hay and tack into the barn, to picking out the trailer and so much more. The camp sights and grounds were very nice and well manicured. The bathhouses were extremely clean also. Tim and Heather are amazing hosts and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Extremely thrilled with our entire experience here. This campground offers extras you do not get anywhere else. Not only did they clean out the back of our horse trailer but also unloaded tack and hay. The campground was immaculate. If you leave anything behind, they have it including propane and soft serve ice cream! You couldn't meet better folks than the owners! We will definitely be back with even more friends!

Worst experience I have ever had. Stayed last weekend with a group but was placed separate and apart from my group. Manure wheel barrows all full, not enough of them. Organized ride that True West collected $50 for was the most disorganized ride for EVERYONE! ALL OF US WERE UNHAPPY. WORST of all is the manner in which Managers Heather and Tim have treated me. Accused me of escaping w/o paying balance when they never asked for it or charged me unbenownst to me until i left, giving me a quote for damage i did to a hitching post then not honoring the quote but DOUBLED IT. Being disrespectful, rude, treating me like a criminal. Honestly, this place is nothing but drama and chaos, if thats what you like. They are sugar sweet FAKE nice to your face. Horrible organizational and customer skills.

This is the best campground we have ever stayed at! On arrival they helped clean out our trailer, unload tack, made sure we had everything we needed. The campground and park was beautiful. Everything was extremely concenient. Tim and Heather go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We found a nest of yellow jackets on a trail. When we came back in and let them know Tim went out to kill them while we ate soft serve ice cream in the store ( my favorite part). We will definitely be back! Hopefully every year.
