kicked my step daughter out in febuary middle of winter with 3 small children,gave her 10 days to get out. she got behind on the lot rent, but she owns the trailer. now they are trying to take her to court and take possession of her only home. they should be ashamed, they bought the park from doug and jacked up everybody alot rent from 325.00 to 500. and month. im seeking legal counsel for her. they displayed zero compasion.

*** Great place to live. *** We have Neighborhood watch!! Friendly, safe, clean, and the owner of this Est. is Strict, which is why I moved here. He stays on top of things and if a person is OUT OF ORDER or what ever, their NOT HERE LONG AT ALL !!! That's what I love about the park. It was voted the best kept Mobile Home Est. in SW VA. Hope people know this!! 🐸Everyone's really nice and the owner takes care of problems in a timely manner. Just a Great, Clean, Quite, Safe place Retire and live. Me a happy camper!!!

Yes I would like to say if you need a Quiet place to live and a great landlord Doug Hardymon ,Twinn Creeks Mobile Home Estates is it ,I've been here 20 + plus years and have had no problems landlord keeps a sharp eye on everything and we are very clean let me tell ya about our landlord when my kids graduated he personally have them 100 dollars and its not just my kids it's for all kids , you want find a better landlord promise you that I'm done , great place here And we are Drug free fast as they come fast as they go , bet that

Worst Owner on the planet. Do not buy a moble home from him.!!!!!! The most corrupt person i have ever meet. Wow is all i can say!!! Run from this guy!!!!! If you respect youself and youre family. You would be better buying a tent from walmart. Trailor park is Bad.... Doug is baaaddd!!!
