After living in Twin Pines for over 6 years, the community has improved very much. New homes, and more new homes coming soon. Makes the Community look good and getting friendly neighbors is a plus.

They need to do alot of stuff to make it really good for example we need trees cut and a clubhouse building which could be used for a storm building. They need a second driveway

Typical. What you would expect. Quiet, country setting. Older homes, fairly well kept up lots. Probably affordable, lower income. Really old sheds. Mature trees in every "yard". Peaceful residents.

This prak needs to be worked on exceptly with the old trailers it's been a year since I'm living here ever since then the animal policy is messed up you can't have what you want for a pet in general, there's leaking ceilings, doors and windows careless manger that doesn't care about wither or not if you have a parent that have asthma that can't be around mold and won't give you the title to the trailer and doesn't fix the issues that the trailer have before someone moved in, just gross as can be, I just wish I colud have the actual phone number to the prak..
