The people who work there are really nice. The bathrooms are immaculate, the showers: hot. TR1 is a scenic site next to a babbling brook (river) and bridge. In my opinion the best site! They have shuffle board, a game room with pool/arcade/air hockey, a great mini golf course, a pool that I wish we had time to swim in, and best of all: a really fun cornhole competition (for prize money) every weekend! We loved having mixed teams and getting to know the other campers. Those who run the campground are so fun and friendly, we had a great time with them! Everything was affordable: the site, the camp store items inside, the mini golf, and the firewood is $5
Sep 14, 2025 · Sarah BraunTwin River Campground offers a fantastic escape into nature that we particularly enjoyed. We stayed in a nice two-room cabin, which provided a comfortable and cozy base in between activities. The outdoors was simply amazing, with plenty of opportunities to explore the beautiful New Hampshire landscape. From the serene river for panning, to the crisp mountain air. Twin River Campground is an ideal spot for a refreshing getaway, would visit again.
Jul 17, 2025 · J. Ramon ColónWe enjoyed this campground! If you like privacy, I definitely recommend staying on the riverside as it is crowded on the other side. The staff was extremely friendly. The river was our favorite part, clean and shallow enough for the kids to play around in. They have a lot of to do between activities, mini golf, arcade, pool, and river.
Jul 09, 2025 · Leah RaymondTwin River Campground was a great place to stay and camp. They have playgrounds, mini golf, and swimming pools for tons of activities. We stayed here for the spring rendezvous of 2025 golf prospector meet. Everyone was super nice, the Campground was clean, and the campsites were perfect. They have gold prospecting sections of the Wild Ammonoosuc river where you can either pan, sluice, highbank, or dredge. The event held by the Campground was an absolute success and can not wait for the next one. Great job to all the staff involved. Our weekend vacation was awesome and memorable.
May 12, 2025 · Z PI had a great time panning for gold. I rented a Riverfront cabin for less than $100 a day and the camp store was unbelievable! The prices were very fair. All around an excellent place and an excellent experience. They keep the place very clean
