I lived here years ago with friends. I was thinking about renting from them but drove through there. The place is completely run down. No one is keeping up with the property at all. In 20 years they have not gotten the driveway repaired. This is a shame because it is close to everything. I can bet if the got updated homes, someone to run it and live on property and the entrance cleaned up and the roads repaired they could make a good income.

The road going into and out of the park is the worst I have ever seen. When it rains you can actually go fishing 🎣 in a good stretch of it, or wash the underside of you vehicle. Furthermore once the flood dries the ruts are bad enough to knock the tire off your car, or give youwhip flash.

The holes in roads should be illegal. This should be reported on any and every level of law enforcement, city state federal regulations and as, a civil matter, and a city&county political community standards as a hazard for pedestrian and bicyclist safety and safety for vehicle passengers and they are liable for monetary damages. The road absolutely, [(and, simple road tests and inspections would swiftly prove)] that, damages must inevitably occur-due to ,increased wear&tear, on vehicles and, damages to vehicles that frequently use said "roads";AS WELL AS,vehicles that rarely, travel the roads, or, only do once. Litigation and reparations proceed!

Something needs to be done about the entry way into the trailer park there's no excuse for the severe condition it has reached . I would hate to be the one that has to deliver there. I'm not sure if it's the park owner or the City of Abilene 's responsibility to repair it (I think it's the park's ) whoever it is desperately needs to repair it a.s.a.p. It's an emergency situation it's dangerous and someone could get hurt not to mention the damage it causes to the cars driving in and out every day
