Dan called very angry & hostile i told him we can talk like adults & figure out whatever he had a problem with but he didnt wanna calm down i dont know what got him so angry but this isnt how you treat your tenants that never caused any problems he makes us follow rules but other are perfectly okay to break those rules & he said it himself he doesnt care about others breaking the rules he only cared if we broke the rules how is this fair? DAN talking hostile isnt gonna fix whatever issue you have with us itll just make things worse have some respect DAN your like 60 yrs old
Dan the landlord is such a hypocrite & talks very hostile he doesnt wanna talk like adults peacefully he rather make things worse said that he only cared about us breaking rules that he doesnt care about anyone else 4 people where with me & heard the conversation cant deny it DAN start acting your age your not 10 yrs old anymore
This park is one of the best in Rochester area. Clean, well maintained. City street runs through it, plowed regularly in winter. Many residents landscape and plant beautifully. A pleasant, varied community, most know their neighbors
I used to live here for many years... Management is completely Awesome!
I grew up here and have fond memories of the park. All the kids played together.
