If you want peace and quiet, then this is the place to be! Even though you are so close to Loop 1604 and Hwy 87, you DO NOT hear the traffic. We've been living here since the first of March, about 2 1/2 months, and we love it! They don't have any amenities except a catch and release pond that has a good amount of fish in it. We have met a few people here, and they're so nice. There's no management or owners living on site, but David is just a phone call or text away if you need something. He is so nice!!! The rent is very, very reasonable, and includes electric, water, and wifi. The lots are very large and a lot of them have shade trees. It's a small park with about 80 lots, give or take. Just down Hwy 87, there's a Dollar General, Tractor Supply, and a Little Caesars Pizza inside the Shell gas station. You have to go to Lavernia for an HEB or go to Walmart in San Antonio to buy groceries. But it's not too far away, about 10-15 minutes. So, if you're looking for a nice quiet, beautiful park out in the country, with large lot's, then this place is for you. No matter if you're long or short-term. I think I'll stay here for a while!!!

Such a beautiful and peaceful park with plenty of space green pastures and wild flowers 💐 I truly enjoyed our 4 month stay and felt very safe in the park. The owners take excellent care of the property. I highly recommend if you’re looking for an extended stay or a night.

Great park for long term stay. Its been very quiet peaceful and freeing. I would 100% recommend this park to ANY one looking for a place to stay whether that is short or long-term.

It has the coolest fishing pond ever filled with blue gil catfish and who knows what else they bite so much .. Throw a line out and watch how quick they bite.. Ten spots are already opened and they are already filled reserve your spot now
