No maintenance. It was like living over a litter box all because the owner refused to fix a 20$ price of skirting around bottom of the trailer. Not to mention the dead animals over a 2 year time frame. I would wake up in the middle of the night listening to animals fight and have coitus under my bedroom. Rent at your own risk. In the winter of 2024 my skirting blew off the back of trailer running my electric heat bill up to approx 940$ in 2 months. It's may 2025 and still not fixed. I had 3 different property managers in under 2 years. The owner is UNFIT to own property. Indiana law is definitely not going to help you as a renter. You will pay top dollar and be ignored when there is an issue!!! Renter beware!
