If you’ve ever lived here you know why the rating is what it is. My time here I was harassed constantly and never had anything fixed. The floor in the bathroom literally fell through and nothing was done about it. The pricing was okay at first at least I thought. Never live here. Countless other problems I could list but for the sake of my belief that things change with time I won’t. Definitely do your research if you choose to ignore this review.

This place is horrible rent has been increased without any type of contractual agreement letters are posted on your door for small reasons such as grass, trash cans, and now we have to pay to cut someone else land. The lease agreement and rules are not followed they make up their own as they go.

I just moved in March 15th, I’ve paid my rent every week on time and once I had company over one did have a dog but never came into the place stayed outside with the kids and the maintenance lady seen that the dog was outside when she drove pass, so decided to bust in my place without knocking door open letting the dog run in the house but ask me a question a slam the door and walks out, 2mins later I get a 10day notice telling me I had to move out. I haven’t even been in there a month yet. They gave me until the 24th so I’m moving all my stuff to my parents house whose also live in the neighborhood, the maintenance woman once again being nosey goes to the office and brings them back a letter saying that if I’m moving in they will get evicted as well but I’m not staying with my parents just putting my stuff there bc I have nowhere else to put it, it’s like they want us to be homeless soo bad I have 2 young kids an 8yo and a 9month baby with no where to go. This place is terrible and will find any reason to put you out bc they’ve being doing this for months with my parents

The people who run this place should be ashamed of themselves. Sketchy business practices, constant threat of eviction to strongarm tenants to sign documents under duress. Documents that I have serious doubts are even legal to begin with, 30+ years of renting in Parks, Apartments, Homes, etc and I have never been asked half of the questions these people demand I answer and sign under threat of eviction if I do not. Argumentative, disrespectful, and more often than not, just down right rude owners and staff, mail tampering, upkeep is whatever the cheapest solution is to the immediate problem (if these people can cut a corner, they will) .... the list goes on. If anyone does read these reviews to help them make a decision on moving here, I would strongly urge you to look somewhere else. There are other parks in the area that aren't run by thieves. Where the owner(s) will actually treat you like human beings and not try to take advantage of you at every available opportunity.
