Promotions or Special Offers

30A Luxury RV Resort, as a premium destination, occasionally offers promotions and special deals, particularly for extended stays or specific groups. While current promotions may vary, here's an overview of the types of offers that have been observed or are typical for resorts of this caliber:

  • Monthly & Weekly Discounts: The resort explicitly encourages longer stays by offering discounted weekly and monthly rates. For example, monthly pricing can provide significant savings compared to daily rates, and these often include all utilities (electric, water, sewer, cable, trash, Wi-Fi).
  • Seasonal Pricing: Rates typically vary based on the season and availability, with potential lower rates during off-peak times (e.g., Fall/Winter) and higher rates during peak seasons like Summer and holidays. This allows guests to choose the best value for their travel dates.
  • Holiday Pricing: Specific rates and minimum stay requirements are often in place for holidays (e.g., Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day), which may be higher but secure a prime spot during peak demand.
  • Sister Park Promotions: The resort might offer discounts for guests staying at or booking with its sister parks. For instance, a "Sister Park Promo" could provide a discount like "10% Off when you stay at our Sister Park, Birmingham South RV Park!" (Note: This specific promotion might be tied to a different "Luxury RV Resort" network, but indicates a common strategy for such parks).
  • Membership Discounts: Similar to many RV parks, discounts may be available for members of certain organizations, such as "The Dyrt Pro Members."
  • Annual RV Stay Incentives: For those looking for a long-term home base, some luxury resorts offer annual RV site programs or incentives that can result in significant savings over time.

It is always recommended for prospective guests to visit the "Specials" or "Rates" section on the 30A Luxury RV Resort's official website or, better yet, call them directly. Given their lauded customer service, they can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information on current promotions, availability, and detailed pricing for your specific travel needs. She really cares about guest experience and makes it very clear that she’s a phenomenal manager. Her service is just exceptional. They answer the phone everytime personally and even once she called me back when she missed my call even though I hadn’t left a message…wow you just don’t get that kind of service many places anymore. I would not use the terms ‘luxury’ or even ‘resort’ as this place doesn’t meet the definition of either. Its location and the lack of RV places near Santa Rosa and Seaside are really ALL it has going for it. Easy quick drive to any beach town in the area. We even visited Baytowne Warf area and there is a mall type shopping center nearby too. The spots are nice level concrete pads so it is easy to park on and the spots are a generous size. There is a great water pressure here which was very appreciated. For some reason only one spot in the front has a picnic table no other spots did. The water here has a lot of iron in it, you can see the rust stains on the spot concrete and buildings around town. We drank bottled while here. The only thing here to do is a very tiny pool with some lounge chairs and a small activities room with a few games and books next to a small laundry room. There is literally nothing else to do! No seating areas, no trail, no trees or shade, no fenced in dog run area, no activities, and no outdoor games. No views at all of anything except a back fence, a side retention pond, and street. The WiFi wasn’t working to reach out to the spots which was incredibly annoying and we should’ve been granted a discount for the inconvenience. WiFi is required this day and age, not optional. The lady that checked us in suggested their cable channels since we could not watch our firestick. No one carries coax cables anymore, that’s really outdated so we had no tv to watch. They seem very passionate about their rules as you can see by all the highlighting on the page of rules. One night the RVers behind us were blaring their music loudly. It started raining and chased them inside thankfully. If you can’t find anywhere else and just need a spot near the beaches it’s fine.

Stayed here 2 nights on our way back to Texas after Christmas. The front desk person was super helpful, the showers were very clean, lots of hot water and great water pressure. Pad was nice and level and all the hookups needed. We also used the washer and dryers and they were clean and worked perfectly. I highly recommend.

Clean with strong wifi. No shade, no picnic table, no fire, no snacks, small showers. Very friendly campers, not so friendly office staff. Rec'd a visit today from a pleasant Cheryl (manager) with a very sincere apology. She also provided us with a picnic table and an umbrella at the pool. We will certainly return as 30A is centrally located and close to many different beaches.

We stayed for two nights. The campground was very clean, open, and felt safe. The sites were spacious (no trees) and had very nice level paved parking pads and patio area with some grass between the sites. Laundy room was very clean as well as the clubhouse area. Pool looked nice but we did not use it. The only challenge we had was that we went to do laundry after hours and did not have quarters and the office was closed. We ran around to multiple businesses until we found somewhere that would give us enough quarters. It was a weekend, so the banks were closed. Would be helpful if they had quarter machine or credit card machines in the laundry. The park seemed to cater more toward the non-kid crowd as there wasn't a playground. There was also no dog park. Just FYI. We didn't have kids or pets with us. Easy access. It is not gated. No cable at the time(they were in process of switching) but good wifi.
