The park owner nor manager will not keep the park up. Leaving people's health and life in danger. Underground broken water pipes. Broken dead tree limbs falling on RVs. Hospital visits. ETC.

Fairly quiet park. Very large I think over 80 lots. I am up front by the road somewhat but not to close so I really don't know what the back is like. Manager is very nice and helpful. Seems to keep everything in order. It is very affordable for long term which is what I am under. Suddenlink access if you prefer but has hospitality wifi that is fairly strong. I am sure some of the WAY more expensive are nicer but for the price well worth it.

Ghetto, constantly some kind of commotion late at night. The rv park just down a little (spring creek) is much nicer with better amenities.

I was there for over a year. At the beginning was okay we had an onsite manager. At the end is terrible. The owners live in Dallas. Don't get down that much at all. Laundry room is terrible. The sewer is on septic tank and it backs up around the trash down by the used to be like. They are trying to improve it but it's like little bitty things here and there. Security lights a camera finally Exedra. Most of the people that live out there okay. They're long-terms. We have a few that like to fight among themselves in the cops get called a lot.
