This includes conducting a personal visit to assess the roads and overall park maintenance, engaging directly with management to discuss the specific concerns raised in reviews (such as plans for road repair and snow removal protocols), and clarifying what exactly is included in lot rent and how increases are justified by tangible improvements. This place sucks, roads are horrible. Management refuses to fix them. In winter you get stuck in your trailor becuase of the deep hill. They dont plow, if they do it is a very cheap plow and it barely looks like they did. They raise the rent every September claiming to be using the money for roads, tree services or other things. Which they have only cutt down a few tree branches since I've been here for the past three years. All around a horrible place to live.
