Pretty dirty place, they seem to have a hard time keeping up the place. Pot holes for days, funky office hours. I've been here for 3 years or so and management and ownership is always changing. There's seriously something up with the water. Always smells weird even with us getting a brand new water heater and everything. When it rains it's like having our very own lake right out side. The one thing they got going for them is willingness to work with you to get you in and fare-ish pricing.

Have not been able to talk to the manager in the 3 weeks I've been here as no one is ever in the office and there are no numbers for contacting anyone on the office door. Park is full of potholes. No lighting at the enterences. The water stinks of sulfer.

The owner returns any phone calls and it is tough to get the Manager to answer questions. It can be nice and quite some of the time.
