This place doesn't keep up the things that are their responsibility such as working appliances, leaking roof ect. My kids and grandchildren haven't had running water for almost a week! Do better is all I have to say. Shame on you for piss poor management and I bet you have running water! Not to mention charging people 10 bux a month for each pet! How about a pet deposit 🤔 oh wait you charge that too! Greed at it's finest 👌

I know a lot of people living in this place. Residents of this park need to request an itemized list of why "certain" service prices are going up, i.e., trash pick up, and it's not by the provider theirself, among other questions that should be asked right now. It's like the OWNER/MANAGER is trying to make where hard working people can't afford to live there any longer, and some have been there for "DECADES." Is like they are wanting people who have more money. People beware also, that their policies on animals are ridiculous. You CAN'T even afford to feed/help a stray or anything now or "they" will consider the animal "yours" and charge you for it. SHAME ON THEM bc it seems to be all about the all mighty DOLLAR with these people(and yes, that's my opinion), or its because it's Jones County(Jones "Country")

If I could give this place a minus 0 I would. Unit I live in has had mold for years , 3 owners in7 years n still wont fix the roof. The only concern for current owner is that your grass is cut n rent is paid. Im not over emphasizing on this. Take a drive through here n you will never come back.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! The office manager is the most unprofessional human being I have ever in my life dealt with. We have been here for 2 months and already moving! They refuse to give me any of my paperwork and made us pay 1000$ deposit and won’t give it back but yet want to sue us for 700$ more!

3 office managers in 5 months. Unwilling to fix or address problems. Unlawful eviction notice typed on word document demanding to vacate in 3 days. Living in a moldy/mildew fested trailer for 3 months w/ no concern from office management. Asked newest office manager to get problems fixed in a timely manner, 1 month later still nothing done.
