The mobile homes in the park are all 25 to 40 years old. We talked to some ppl that live there and they have a lot of flooding problems plus stolen golf carts and break ins because of criminals living there. Pool area is run down. Gross outdated bathrooms that smell. Poorly maintained grounds. Monthly lot rent ranges from about $1200 to $1500 with annual increases. Way overpriced for a run down trailer park.
Been living here since 2019, it’s a nice place to live. The residents are friendly and accommodating. Management addresses issues promptly. And I can listen to the live bands playing at the Ironhorse from my backyard during bike week. Overall, a great place to live.
I have now lived in Bear Creek for 8 months and love every part of it. I have written 7 books while living in Bear Creek, and most of my writing has been while sitting at pool. I even wrote a cute and funny Sasquatch book with Bear Creek as the location, which will be out in 3 to 4 months.
