I moved here about 6 months ago. So far I like how safe and quiet the neighborhood feels. It’s very clean and I have great neighbors. Can’t beat the location either.
Brookcliff MHC is an affordable housing option inside of a safe and well-maintained community. Staff is very attentive to resident’s needs. One of the rare perks of Brookcliff is that most of the homes are newly washed and landscaped.
Let see they have sold the place to new owners before was fantastic no problem. Now there loud music playing from cars and places. If you own your place they do nothing for you. Lawn care or anything. And they raise the lot rent by 100 dollars total in the last 2 years. Soon as I'm able I'm pulling my place out of here.
