Very clean and well managed. Some of the neighbors aren't the greatest, but it's not a run down drug pit. There are families here and lots of kids. Neighbors watch out for each other's kids and such and we usually know who lives here and who don't. The landlord is older and very set in his ways, which is fine. Some newer laws that are effective don't seem to be followed sometimes... will not compliment. Otherwise a great landlord as long as you pay your bills and keep your yard clean and follow the rules. It's not hard and it's decent pricing for being outside of Menomonie and not in some trashy park in town.
I live her it very peaceful a nice and thier only a couple of kids bit thier only two who really go out a bunch
It looks like poverty on display... But that was how i felt while passing it by on the hwy. It reminded me of my own struggles in the area and how i had lost everything. I was bitter. I had nowhere to go and neither did my dog. I know the struggle. I was wrong. The community here doesnt deserve the condescending voice of a passerby to ring through its ears. Im sorry

Land lord it's rediculous !!!!can't do anything right be him. Nothing in your yard trailer houses just be perfect he will find any reason to charge you extra money doesn't explain what he means when you don't understand what he is talking about
