Very clean and quiet. The owners don’t allow people to leave things out in the yards and require permission when adding sheds and porches, they do full background checks, they have rules about mowing and upkeep which keeps the park looking nice. Lot rent is very reasonable and owners are a pleasure to work with. I am really glad I found this park.
I rented with this owner for about 10 years before I bought my first house. They are choosy on who they allow to live in the park, but as a result it's clean, safe and quiet. Nice neighborhood to raise kids. Great location close to all the stores and restaurants. Hands down best mobile home park in town.
The Park it self looked great.. Clean and Quite looks like a place you would like to live.. Until you meet the park owner.. He basically just told us he don't care about us at all just our credit score we are just a number.. We where going to buy the trailer straight out.. He would've never even see us.. He is judging us on a credit score and not if we are able to pay or even good people.. Just a Fyi people with good credit can be bad people and people with bad credit can be great people..
