It would be really great if they would fix the giant pothole at the entrance that you can't see every time it rains. I don't think that the poor people who live in the trailer park can afford to fix their cars. We're already struggling to live

Moved in a year ago. Love all the raffles they do each month. I wished they had a little play ground for the kiddos though. Quiet place to live.

Disapointed in managers veiw on me and dont undwrstand why $ 300.00 8n NV s8de would make for bad blood on a park owners sqle of a house that will improve apearance in the community ,if thet cant afford $300. 00 to make a senior ci/ezen happy as a permanent resident , im fine wrh it ill go . [H WAIT IM STUCK NOW ,SAD T9 SAY 3YR LEASE,, AM I STUCKBOR ARE THEY. 😆 either way public beware i was screwed !!!!!!

This park is a joke as are most of the people employed there. (Their new this year) office help is rude and non professional eating and sucking off her fingers while people are in the office and asking questions about homes. We moved in with a substantial deposit, bought our home with cash and paid a year's worth of lot rent and utilities. Since then, we have sold our home, and only received our security deposit back and no other monies due to us were included. Where is our half of May's lot rent? All of June and All of July that was paid by us? Then they charged the people that bought our home rent for May and June? (To me, that's illegal, hence the reason for my post. Stop them and don't listen to their bull! It's just to suck you in!!) I have sent numerous emails with no response, I am contacting legal counsel to deal with this!
