Place is under new ownership which they upped the rent however, I think that they should really work on this place before they raise the prices. My tree was inspected and was told it is infested with black ants which I have reported numerous times. Nothing has yet to be done about it. New owners are taking their sweet time fixing up the place let alone taking care of the dead or infected trees that desperately need to come down. Had new fence installed but part of my tree branch broke off and damaged some of the fence which would not have happened if that tree was taken care of. Part of the fencing is being broken into by trespassers as the business behind the park is no longer occupied so I feel less safe right now due to that. So many strays here even and there’s nothing being done to take care of that problem which makes the place smell like a litter box. Not to mention, I think they should add on another person as the manger is responsible for another park on top of this one. That’s a lot of load for one person. Deserves to at least have some of the stress taken off of their shoulders in that situation.

Lived here for almost a year now, sometimes you have to push to get things done around here, rent is affordable at least. Had a tree branch fall and thankfully didn’t damage too much and only parts of the new fencing and bent a part of my home which was fixable. Some of the trees especially mine desperately need to come down as it is rotten by carpenter ants. It’s hard to contact the owner to get them to do what needs to be done. Cheap place, people play favorites here so be mindful of the rules and keep to yourself.

Slum lords. To many things wrong to describe in detail. Guy named Todd works the grounds here. He thinks he is the manager causes people problems that they don't need. He's rude and a liar. Manager let's him get away with this. Someone knocked on my door trying to get enough signatures to have him removed.

They need to repair the roads and speed bumps. It's falling apart since I moved out of here. We still have family that lives here, so we visit every now and then. This winter, when it snowed, the roads were not even plowed, and my mother in law lives here and shouldn't have to deal with this condition with her small car.
