Promotions or Special Offers

Based on the provided customer reviews and general information about Chattahoochee R.V.park, there aren't specific, publicly advertised "promotions" or time-limited "special offers" in the traditional sense that you might find at larger commercial resorts (e.g., "Buy One Night, Get One Free").

  • Excellent Long-Term Rates: One reviewer explicitly stated, "Also the rate stay is awesome!" This strongly implies that the park offers very competitive and favorable rates for extended stays, such as weekly or monthly rentals. RV parks that cater to "mostly long term residents" almost universally provide significant discounts for longer commitments compared to nightly rates. This is a crucial "special offer" for Georgians seeking an affordable base for seasonal living or temporary relocation.
  • Value Through Exceptional Service: While not a monetary discount, the consistently highlighted "genuine hospitality" and "over and beyond" assistance from Sandra and Mike effectively serve as an added value. This level of personalized care enhances the overall experience significantly and could be considered a non-monetary "promotion" that encourages repeat visits and recommendations.
  • Potential for Negotiated Stays: For long-term stays, it's not uncommon for smaller, family-run parks to be flexible or offer personalized arrangements. The "very considerate" nature of Sandra suggests an openness to discussing individual needs, which could indirectly lead to beneficial arrangements for guests.

First, I would like to say that I read all the reviews, as I do for anywhere we go, and everyone should keep in mind that reviews are one sided and that the whole story is not always reflected in the review. Initially when I called, I did get a return call within a few minutes, Sandra was so sweet and helpful despite being obviously under the weather. Her voice was practically gone but she continued to be committed to her job. Mind you, I had been looking at several Rv friendly locations for a couple days. I went ahead and booked 2 nights. When we finished work and we were on our way to the park, I put a different location in my gps because the names were similar. When we were with a ranger at the wrong location at 9:30 at night, I took a chance calling the number Sandra had called me from and she answered right away. She apologized like it was her fault and offered to refund the first nights rate but it was clearly our mistake. We finally arrived well after 10 pm and as we were entering the park I see a person with a flashlight crossing the road so I’m thinking it’s someone going to the bathroom or shower. The flashlight starts motioning for us to follow and it was Mike leading us to our site and guiding us into our site. The good reviews far outweigh the bad. We for one, will be coming back here. It’s quiet, beautiful surroundings and genuine hospitality from Sandra and Mike.

Me and my husband love this place! The view is great and gorgeous! We stayed for 6 months. Sandra is a very great host! We're gonna miss it there. We already do! Lol We had issues with wet grass from the morning ice and my husband just needs to upgrade his truck to a 4x4 LOL 😂 but when we called her. She came right over to help us out. She goes over and beyond to help her guests. I Love that about her. Very considerate. Thanks Sandra for a great stay. Also the rate stay is awesome! We would definitely return if we have to and recommend to friends and family. 😊💯

I gave it a one star only because I can't give it a zero. Almost the entire time I was there, I felt I was belittled and harassed by the manager Sandra who frequently made fun of and made disparaging remarks concerning my disabilities and handicaps , even to the point of timing how long I was using the bathroom or took a shower. I was told we weren't allowed any long term or physical structures for storage when I asked to put one behind my RV, yet the family that moved in next to me brought a huge storage shed on site with Sandra's blessing. There hasn't been a useable shower or bathroom facility there for several months, and I was told if I didn't like it I could leave. I have trouble walking as part of my disabilities, and was told that if I used the laundry I was not allowed to wait for my clothes but had to walk back and forth several times to do it, even though a previous tenant there was allowed to basically sleep overnight In the ladies bathroom and the laundry room with her dog with no issues whatsoever from sandra. I was told if I don't like it I could leave. I would not recommend this place as it appears to be unfriendly towards those of us with disabilities and handicaps and I would not recommend it to anyone at all. Some of the tenants there are actually quite nice however the management issue is decidedly disparaging.

The park is very nice, the people there are nice but the owners and manager are shaddy. Get your rental agreement in writing or they will change it on you. We were told it was $350 for the month and rent was due on the 3rd but had to be paid by the end of the day on the 5th or we had to move. So the last month we were there we planned to move on the 5th. On the 4th the manager called and threatened to issue a warrent on my friend unless we paid the full month or $150. We ended up talking them down to $55 but it was still money we didn't need to spend. Very shady owners!

The laundry room was a disaster. The lady that runs the place is rude and disrespectful even though she acts like she's a nice person.
