Loved this place. Doug and Sandy the owners are wonderful people. They keep the place clean and maintained. The laundry has 2washers and 2 dryers, mail on-site, WiFi that actually works, and even satellite TV is available. The short walk to the lake was great for both the kids and pets. Any time we find ourselves close by, we will be stopping.

This place has a lot of very friendly, long term residents who live humble, modest lives tucked in the heart of Oklahoma. This would not be recommended as a glamorous vacation getaway, but it's great for some quick night stays or a quiet long term place. I didn't see any amenities outside sewer, electric, and water service, so I suggest being fully self-contained. There are two good sized underground tornado shelters.

I've only visited here but the RV park is clean, has a small laundromat and it's quiet except for highway 51 is right there you can hear the traffic so access to 51 is right there.
