My husband myself and our pet Turner moved to Coastal Haven March 2021. We love our fenced yard (especially Turner). The lots are spacious with a shed included. All utilities are included in the rent (600) including cable and wifi. It is a gated community as well. There is also a laundry room which only has 2 washers and 2 dryers but has never been a issue for me and I use it weekly. Darcy is the best manager always willing to help the best she can. My only complaint is there is no lights at the front entrance which makes it difficult to see at night. And the roads could use some pot hole repairs.
This park has huge lots! There is enough space for your children and dog to play. It’s a quiet park, and also has a locked entrance. The manager responds within an hour and makes sure your issues (if you have any) are resolved in a timely manner. The only time we had a problem was when the water and electricity were turned off; obviously not the park’s fault. Walking distance to Gilhooley’s and the beach!
This isn't your typical rv park. They have well manicured lawns, individual fenced yards. Quiet well managed RV park that you feel safe and worried about what kind of neighbors you have.
Coastal Haven is a nice, quaint, QUIET small park, secure, REAL feeling of community, neighbors are GREAT!! Manager on site, very approachable, and SO FRIENDLY! She really takes care of tenants needs or requests on the spot! Darcy is the GREATEST!! I really like the security systems here too.. I feel very safe with the coded security gates as well as one entrance and one exit. And, again, neighbors all look out for one another. Like a little country road that everyone minds their own space but notices strangers in the area... Gotta love that!
My mother Grace is very happy in this community. The people are friendly, its quiet and shops are nearby. The rent is all bills paid including cable, wifi, and lawn service. She says she's never felt more at home. And Darcy is a great landlady!!
