A nice clean RV park south of Houston, blocks from the Galveston Bay and close to Texas City and Galveston. Our host gave us a free upgrade to a pull thru site, which was so kind! She gave us a tour of the clean kitchen, laundry facilities, and bathhouse. The roses lining the steps up to the office are gorgeous. Maintenance man introduced himself the first night we came in and told us to let him know if we needed anything. Giving it 5 stars for the staff, location, and driving distance to several areas of sightseeing.

The first couple days of our stay we had $$$ stuff stolen that was under our camper. The laundry on location was convenient. Dog park is small and always wet. Cats are everywhere! My personal opinion : spend a little more for another nicer campground nearby.

My wife and I stayed here from 12/15/24 through 1/3/25. We stayed in a pull through site (97). I was able to call the day of and get a site. The staff is great. Holly is one of them and if she would see you walking past the office would start a conversation you. It's in a nice location to get to Houston or down to Galveston Island. The Kemah boardwalk is about 15 mins from here. I'll defiantly come back here the next time I'm passing through
