Everything about our experience in this little RV Park was wonderful. Nam provided a great reference on a local restaurant (Top Water Grill) and was very understanding when we accidentally ran over a water line. Communication was excellent and they have a great app-based laundry facility at their sister RV Park a few blocks away. Great rates for such great customer service. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in the area.

I live in a separate park from this one but under the same ownership. My husband and I have lived here since November and I can say without a doubt that the property manager and owner have been working tirelessly to improve both sites. I've never lived anywhere that didn't have the occasional issue but the team with Bay Area MHP absolutely does their best to make our area safe and quiet to live in. They do their best to improve amenities and if you do have a problem, just talk to them. They're willing to listen and work out what they can. I appreciate all they do!
