I wanted to do an update after being here for 4 months and I can say I would definitely recommend this park. It's really annoying that this park has such a low rating given how hard this owner works. I would ignore any review older than a couple years given he's a relatively new owner. The owner and staff here do an amazing job. They have a great team that cares and it really shows. The property is clean and well-maintained. The pond is beautiful and full of life. The area is ok but what makes it great is the ocean breeze and easy access to plenty of stores restaurants and outdoor activities. We will definitely stay here again!!
Sep 27, 2024 · Mark of Operation LibertyIt can be a nice place , good location,i like the little lake , tropical look needs some solar light . To dark in the night , some trailer tenants have to much chunk around, the hole park have to be cleaned up , i personally miss a pool , wish the new concrete slaps are 3ft more extended, so you can set up a table /chair , to enjoy more outside , I'm willing to pay more . The price is very reasonable .manager and his wife are very nice . The office have to be updated. Some day i will be back and hope to see more improvements. Good luck.
Sep 19, 2016 · Peter RietmannAlthough this RV park had really nice paved sites, great amenities, beautiful lakes, and just a short walk to the beach, the unfriendly and negative attitude by neighboring “year-rounders” and staff made us want to leave as soon as we were set up. Immediately after pulling in to our spot, the elderly man who was parked next to us, ran out to tell us that we needed to pull up so that the back of our RV lined up with the edge of the pavement. We are talking not even foot (it was actually our bicycle rack); he said that all of the RV’s needed to be the same. The RV on the other side of us was two feet farther than the edge of the pavement than we were? The woman who we booked with was actually friendly; when we told her that we weren’t sure if we wanted to stay the whole week, she told us that we could make that decision when we checked in, but she would go ahead and reserve it for us, just in case. When we arrived, we made the decision to only stay 5 days- they tried to charge us a cancellation fee. They were not very happy about us cutting our visit short and made it fairly obvious how they felt about it. I had arrived prior to my husband in a separate car. When I checked in and grabbed the parking passes etc. they told me that “someone is available to escort us to our spot” when my husband arrives with our RV. I didn’t know this was “mandatory”. I understand for liability purposes why they would require an escort, but at the time, I didn’t pick up on this. We have been RVing for about four years but this was a first. When my husband arrived, we went straight to our spot but was confronted by a couple disgruntled employees in golf carts telling us to wait. My husband was like “woah buddy, no problem my wife didn’t know”. A few minutes later, apparently the golf cart employees ran back to the front desk to inform them how we didn’t originally wait for an escort and my husband received a very confrontational phone call. They were insisting that I knew that it was mandatory- “we made it very clear to your wife that we require you to be escorted to your spot.” I was thinking, “obviously it was not very clear because if it was, we would have waited!” They then proceeded to say “if you break one more rule, we will kick you OUT of the park.” Okay people, I’m a teacher- I’m a rule follower, but I can’t ever imagine treating someone like this or acting so belligerent. My husband, at that point, really wanted to leave, but since we were already set up we decided that it wasn’t worth the effort. We definitely would not stay here, even if it was for free. What a shame.
Jan 16, 2021 · Amy ChristopherI read the reviews and still took a chance. Glad I did. its an adult only park. It was super quiet, no drug heads running around that I seen. looks a little old because they allow older rvs as long as their in good working condition/no tarps. One I moved in, I highly enjoyed it. there are showers and restrooms, laundry and wifi. Basic amenities but the price was like $350 a month. Would recommend. Thanks
