Near shopping, restaurants and 4.5 miles from Madeira Beach. Maintained and quiet. Clubhouse with nice sized library, card room, exercise room, pool table and meeting hall. 6 newly resurfaced shuffle courts behind a caged pool. Lots of large palms. Very low turn over. Come see us. You won't be disappointed.
Very nice place , small park , approx 120 sites , no empties. All homes well kept , all double sides , wide streets , pool shuffle board . One current home for sale , see office for info. Please note this is a owner owned park , "you own the lot" Google it follow instructions its tucked away !!
Cleanest park we have come across in Pinellas County..homes are updated clean
Maintenance doesn't finish jobs they start. Employees here are more concerned about the other properties. I'm regretting my decision to buy here
