Country Pines RV Park is strategically located at 5935 US-59, Marshall, TX 75670, USA. Its direct access to U.S. Highway 59 makes it exceptionally easy to find and enter, particularly for large RVs. This prominent location is a significant advantage for travelers passing through East Texas or looking for a convenient base from which to explore the Marshall area and beyond.

Country Pines RV Park aims to provide core services essential for RV travelers and longer-term residents. Based on various public sources, the park offers a foundational set of amenities:
However, it is crucial to address conflicting customer feedback regarding the condition and quality of some of these services. While official listings confirm the presence of restrooms, showers, and laundry, one critical review states that they "didn't even want to venture into the bathrooms" and were "not sure if there's even shower facilities," describing the "office" as a "one-room, dirty, cluttered portable building." This suggests that while services are listed, their cleanliness and maintenance may be a concern for some guests. Additionally, while electricity is offered, a review mentioned "rusted" and non-working outlets at some pull-through sites, indicating potential maintenance issues with utility connections.
Country Pines RV Park in Marshall, Texas, offers several features and highlights that contribute to its character as an RV destination, blending natural appeal with practical amenities.
Conversely, it's essential to acknowledge a significant concern highlighted in a negative review: the park is described as "very run-down" and "unappealing," with issues such as rusted electrical outlets, a dirty office, and concerns about bathroom cleanliness. The review also notes the absence of a playground for kids, suggesting a lack of certain family-oriented amenities. While the natural features like the pond are appreciated, the overall condition of facilities is a point of contention for some guests. This indicates a mixed experience, where the natural setting and friendly people are strong points, but the infrastructure and maintenance might be a drawback for others.
Specific, publicly advertised promotions or special offers for Country Pines RV Park are not consistently detailed in all public information. However, like many RV parks, they do offer various rate structures and affiliations.
To obtain the most accurate and up-to-date information on any current promotions, specific daily, weekly, or extended stay rates, or to inquire about pet restrictions and fees, it is highly recommended to contact Country Pines RV Park directly. A phone call is the most effective way to discuss your specific needs and confirm any available offers.
For inquiries, reservations, or to gather more details about Country Pines RV Park, you can reach them through the following contact channels:
Given the mixed reviews regarding the park's condition and facilities, it would be prudent for prospective visitors to use these contact methods to ask very specific questions about the current state of the restrooms, showers, and electrical hookups. Inquiring about the cleanliness and functionality of amenities important to your stay would be beneficial. Direct communication can help manage expectations and provide the most current information before your arrival.
For Texans, particularly those exploring East Texas or needing a convenient stopover in the Marshall area, Country Pines RV Park presents a distinct set of characteristics to consider. Its suitability for locals depends heavily on individual priorities and expectations, as the park offers a blend of positive community aspects and areas that require attention.
The most compelling draw of Country Pines RV Park is undoubtedly its friendly atmosphere. The overwhelming positive feedback about the welcoming nature of the people, where new visitors are treated "like we have been friends for years," suggests a strong sense of community and genuine Southern hospitality. This can be a significant factor for those seeking more than just a parking spot, but a place where they feel comfortable and connected. The park's natural setting, with abundant pine trees and a stocked fishing pond, also appeals to those who enjoy a rustic, outdoorsy environment. Its location directly on US-59 offers excellent accessibility for travelers across Texas, making it a practical choice for both short-term and extended stays.
However, it is crucial for prospective visitors to be aware of the reported concerns regarding the park's condition. Descriptions of "run-down" facilities, potentially non-working electrical outlets, and concerns about restroom cleanliness indicate that the physical infrastructure may not meet everyone's standards. For those who prioritize modern, meticulously maintained amenities, a thorough inquiry and potentially an on-site inspection are highly recommended. For Texans who value a friendly community, a natural setting, and convenient access, and are willing to overlook or verify reported issues with some amenities, Country Pines RV Park could serve its purpose as a functional and friendly place to stay in Marshall, Texas. It serves as a reminder that sometimes the true value of a place lies in its people and surroundings, even if the facilities are a work in progress.
Very friendly...every single person I have met here has treated me like we have been friends for years. Thank you Marshall!!!
Apr 10, 2022 · Kandace MWould give zero stars if I could. Very run-down. Some outlets at the pull throughs were rusted and didn't work. The "office" is a one-room, dirty, cluttered portable building. I didn't even want to venture into the bathrooms. Not sure if there's even shower facilities. Nice pond on the property though. Given someone with the time, money, and knowledge on how to renovate this park, it could be really nice but it is now very run down and unappealing. No playground for our kids, don't know about laundry. We only needed one night so it served it's purpose, but I'd stay in a Wal-Mart parking lot before staying here again.

Sep 17, 2024 · Stevie CoxThis park dope. Came in 'round 10pm, office was closed but there was a number. Debated on calling since it was so late. Decided to call. Dude on the phone was nice as could be. Came right on down to the office and signed us up. Showed us 'round and gave us the best spot. Free wifi, an' fishin'. This place is great I may never leave. Gotta watch out for the guard spider though, half the size of your hand and thinks he owns the men's bathroom. Just show him whose boss. He cool.
Jul 08, 2015 · The Red.NeckI live here, and I love it. My neighbors are nice, and the manager, Jerry, is always around looking out for us and helping us out anyway he can! Come on through and say hi!
