If I could leave less than a star I would. When first moving in the kitchen floor was coming up and I was told it would be replaced after it got worse and it was never replaced. They do not help with snow removal, the tenants had to dig their way out of the mobile home park while the rental manager drove by and watched. They do not fix a thing. Had a bedroom floor farthing through for over a year and it took a year and a half to fix it. Come to find out it was due to a leak. Which caused black mold all throughout the home. Was told the home was inhabitable and they would not find a place for us to stay while it was fixed. Door frames crumbing apart to the point so the doors won’t stay up and then blamed for the doors falling off the hinges. Old and boarded up abandoned trailers all throughout the property. On one side of the driveway there is a huge hole that could easily tear apart someone’s motor ( messed up my sisters motor ).
Jul 05, 2023 · KaylaHorrible place...owners don't live around this area and don't see firsthand how things are..anyway we visit a tenant there..knew 2 others but they been gone..anyway 2 issues in the trailer been told to owners & maintenance numerous times and nothing has been done yet..1 issue is pretty bad.. if were me living there it would be fixed or they could put me somewhere else or I would go to county , better business bureau & the media..some people don't know the laws and get taken advantage of..it's not right.
Jul 25, 2024 · Lakin SpencerThe trailer park owners don't care. I go here to visit my cousin. The driveway is one big pothole and her driveway got dug up because of a burst water pipe and all the mud is still just piled up there. She can hardly get in and out of her driveway. It's ridiculous but they're not worried about it! They don't care about the properties or the tenants. All about that almighty dollar! If I ever see improvements I'll update but for now I give it one star.
Jan 11, 2019 · MandyEmpty dilapidated mobile homes with broken windows and half demolished mobile homes. Entrance and exit are horrific, potholes everywhere. Not appealing in the slightest.
