Customer Reviews
The people at the office are so terrible, also your rent randomly goes up every month, also when its time to pay rent the office is always closed.. living is good but the management make it hard for you.. if you can find somewhere else to live i 100 percent recommend cause the management is terrible
The management picks and chooses who they want to fine. They enforce certain rules when it’s convenient for them. Customer service is horrible. They have a security team that does nothing but waste gas. We didn’t even know we had security until the same car was at the bus stop every day with flashing lights. Not helping at all. Just parks in the way of the many vehicles coming to get their children off the bus. No one has the phone number to security if something were to occur. They have no problem letting you know about a fine. Pools have never been open since I’ve lived here. This is the 3rd management company in 3 years. That should tell you all you need to know.
They're a lot better than most. The one I come from has similar lot rents but doesn't offer any service what so ever. The one i come from really is run down. So, to me, Deer Creek is a well maintained park.
I like this place for now it's okay, the only problem sometimes the office it's close all day and we can't available pay the rent on time like a lot ppl we work almost all day so my day off last wendesday they closed all day I go there 3 or 4 times.. that it's not right if you have a sign that says office hours are M to F 8:00 to 5:00... I like the property at the moment it is quiet, only there are some details that I don't like such as the that I mentioned... there are people like me who work every day, leave early and come back late. Please, if you are going to close the office during the week, just leave a note on the door and don't make us look like idiots by going 3 or 4 times to see if they are open. I see the property have 2 swimming pool but it's closed all summer, Are you keeping close nex summer too? I just curious.
I saw more run down trailers with unkept lawn. Why did I see so many cats wandering around looking for food? It's not an inviting location at all😟😟 I have no intentions of contacting the leasing office as they suggested or whatever you call them. I gave an honest review. People stay mostly where their budget will allow. There's no reason a place should look so unkept. If I got so low this would be the last place for my family to live. I'll go to a shelter if there are no other choices....God Help Us🙏🏾 I was only a visitor so I will digress
