I grew up in this park.. my uncle and his wife still lives there for over 20years. The recent park manager is a complete nightmare. If there is a car in the driveway she makes sure to call to find out who it is. They have to call and ask for permission for family to come visit..talks to them like they are children. My uncle is disabled and lives on a fixed income, she is constantly threatening them with eviction. They are scared of this women cause they can’t afford to lose their home

The current owner of the community is horrible. She got mad at us over a lie. There were cameras involved to help us prove ourselves right. She still got mad.

Cynthia constantly messes with certain people and she has her picks .management is the worst and you will constantly have problems and they don’t alert you when they turn off the water. Plus they will have favorites.Don’t waste your time it will start off good but it won’t stay that way.

I am a current resident. No complaints other than parking. I have no problems with management. If Cynthia sees a problem, she lets me know, I correct it. . Safe and quiet neighborhood. Any issues I have had were taken care of in a timely manner.
