Its nice and set right outside of the city but the downfall is the trailers are pretty much the equivalent to a rich homeless man's cardboard box. Everyone just keeps to themselves until they have to find a new victim to tell on to the owner/landlords...
Needs to clean up some , some people have roaches in there homes
Can't get a hold of management and there's burnt trailers all in the trailer park other than that pretty quiet
