The park has improved significantly. Yes. A lot of older trailers...but a lot of great hardworking people. Owners are nice and are understanding, but communication is key :) pet friendly as well. Made some great friends out here :) there are some people that u avoid.. but that's ANYWHERE!

claira is one of the best person you will ever meet and will help you out the best she can as long as you agree to her terms which me and my family had no problem doing. would love to Rent from her again but she has no openings because of how KIND her HEART is. For the most part, I don't have much to remark on. Most people were either not home or staying inside because it was quite chilly out. I had to avoid a pothole or two but that is not a phenomenon unique to this neighborhood and I've seen much worse elsewhere. All in all my brief visit was uneventful.

Never lived there, but people who do and not very satisfied. Lots of ran down not taken care of mobile homes and trash and debris around many of them. I think the owner is only interested in collecting the rent and nothing else matters.

People are extremely friendly sometimes a little too friendly especially if I ain't getting no food out the deal! Seriously though it's my favorite place to play hide and seek.
