My daughter rents a place there it seems to be a quiet place with little to no disturbances which is really nice.. No the haven't fixed the potholes yet but it slows people down driving through there. A good Landlord n not far from the stores.
Run down trailers, trash everywhere, cats and kittens seem to have taken over! How can anyone rent these out and not have a conscience????? Tweakers I swear are everywhere you look! It's like being on the set of the walking dead!!!!
They dont fix nothing and when they do they dont fix it they make it worse and it takes them several weeks to get to it our trailer leaked bad around the windows we had roaches and mice that they refused to take care of and when we moved they refused to give us our security deposit back not a good place to live if u have kids if i could give no stars i would
I lived there 11 years...the drive from morley all the way thru the trailer court always has been so terrible...giant pot holes everywhere....they fix them and 2 months later they r right back....figure it out guys...there must b a way to fix it w out it coming right back..
