It's important to note the mixed public feedback, particularly concerning the presence of cats. However, for those prioritizing community and affordability, these features can be significant benefits.

Promotions or Special Offers

Specific promotions or special offers for Fort Reno Mobile Home Park are not publicly detailed in the provided information. However, prospective residents should inquire directly about:

  • Lot Rent Rates: Confirm current monthly lot rental fees.
  • Lease Terms: Discuss the length of lease agreements (e.g., month-to-month, annual).

Too many cats. I must have seen a hundred cats hanging around this one trailer. I doubt they've had their vaccinations.

1st off, this is the CHEAPEST moible home park in town. Yes, it's hard to get ahold of someone it you've never stayed here before. Due to health reasons the owner's daughter is handling the park, and she is on site daily. From picking up trash, mowing, and checking the property she stays busy and not in the office answering phones. We've lived here almost 5 years and have NEVER had any problems with any other residents. Everyone is friendly and keeps an eye out for each other. Real community feel without all the rules and regulations of the 'nicer' parks in town. Oh, and BTW not all people registered as sex offenders should be... I know someone who is a registered sex offender for pissing on the side of the road, just saying. Looks a little worn down, but I love it and wouldn't pay 2 times what I pay here to be told what to do at other parks.

Water pipes have burst constantly in the park. Forcing people to get rid of their dogs when over 25 pounds, yet other people have quite large dogs that are definitely over 25 pounds.
