I used to live in one of the other parks owned by that landlord. She's not very nice and quick to throw you out over stuff that makes no sense. I'm glad I left when I did. Make moving in ANY one of her parks your last resort.

In 2006 the owner Grace Phillips tried to steal 2500 from me in a rent to own deal gone wrong in the former New church trailer park. Recently reapplied for rental status at the New dreamland only to find that still bitter attitude. Anything she's in charge of is sure to fail. Renters beware!!!
