Great place especially compared to other parks in the area. Owner and management try to keep it clean and updated but roads need completely repaved and would be nice if there was some kind of community ammenities in the park like a playground at least. Lot rent is on the high side. They have periodic contests for decorations or landscaping where you can get a rent discount if you win, a annual community yard sale, and 2 dogs per home are allowed. They do have breed restrictions. Overall, would recommend! They don't just let everyone who applies in so it keeps the park nice and safe which I appreciate!

i applied here. with good credit and spotless renting history. they denied me residency because my drivers license is suspend(for speeding). needless to say im upset, ive never heard of such a thing before.
