Lived there for 28 years in home I owned. Was a cheap reasonable place to live.came down to too many restrictions. No fences, too many people roaming thru yard, no privacy. I'd never recommend for long term. Too picky on yard work. Not compassionate or caring. I'd never recommend this place. Mutton isn't a nice person when dealing in business.
My experience was great. Everyone was friendly and professional. My lease is up in February and we will be looking there for our new home.
The neighborhood is nice and clean. It’s very quiet. If I ever have any issues it’s usually resolved within a couple of days. The office staff is always pleasant. I enjoy Shawna she’s always friendly. If you pay your rent on time and keep up on the yard maintenance you won’t have any issues. I always tell everyone it’s the suburbs of trailer parks.
My husband and I were in looking for a manufactured home and had a great experience with the staff at Edgewood! Shonna and Carolyn were both very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They went above and beyond for us, and we really valued their time and help. The community itself is kept very nice and there are many great properties to choose from. This should be at the top of your list if you’re looking for a new place to call home.
Edit: They act the same as their product. Communication is still a problem, but no longer my problem. Outstanding maintenance requests are left unfulfilled on our way out. Price is good and is the reason I stay. However, communication is not strong from management, even rude at times. Maintenance is understaffed, possibly under qualified. My day one issues are ones I've had to resolve myself. I've put my foot down and they do cave, but not without lashing out in turn. If you can be self sufficient, this place will treat you well.
