I have lived here 3 years and definitely seen the ups and downs. The manager is amazing and very easy to work with as long as you communicate your needs she’s very willing to help! As for the maintenance man well he’s one of a kind and is always here to lend a hand. I own an older home and he is very easy to work with and super knowledgeable as is the manager! I really don’t mind living here as we wanted a place to call ours until we build our house in the country! Yes there are rules but they aren’t hard to follow! The maintenance man and the manager both are easy to work with and always willing to give advice and/or a helping hand.

Jennifer and her crew works hard to clean up the community when she took over. Awesome job Jennifer and crew.

Throughout this last winter I've seen alot of improvements including plowing/cars moved, trash cans not blown over in the road/less trash flying around, more interactions with the employees. But things like broken down cars/trailers, the serious water drainage issuse, busted up driveways need to be addressed for this park to be up to par. Despite what the lady below states about the new maintenance guy we have he's actually really nice young man don't take my word for it wave him down say hi!
