  • Affordable Housing Option: Mobile home parks generally offer a more affordable route to homeownership in Minnesota compared to traditional housing. This economic accessibility is a common feature that draws residents.

However, it is important to address the stated concerns, as they form part of the park's current public perception:

  • Property Appearance: Reviews indicate "very poor quality" and that "the majority of the trailers/properties are very ran down looking with a messy outside appearance." This suggests that the overall aesthetic upkeep of the park and individual properties may not meet high standards.
  • Park Upkeep: "Very seldom is there ever anyone around for property upkeep. Trees are over grown and many times parts of them fall on top of trailers," highlighting concerns about park maintenance and safety, particularly regarding overgrown trees.
  • Management Approval Process: While homeowners are nice, the "park owners are unappealing on how they approved you to come into their park," suggesting a less than ideal experience with the approval process.

These points are crucial for any prospective resident to consider and investigate during a visit.
