Have been here several times before. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is such a unique place. Eclectic art, statues, fixtures, vehicles, etc are everywhere. The park is Big-Rig friendly and easy to navigate. It appears that most of the sites are occupied by long term residents. However, every site is neat and well kept. If you are visiting the Naval Air museum - this is one of the best places to stay.

Had an unexpected stopover for one night and was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was. Very friendly people, great location and had full hookups! Quite a few permanent people but everything was kept up extremely well. Cute and eclectic! Oh and very reasonable prices! Would definitely stay again, longer next time!

Rusty himself and the facility overall both deserve these reviews. Hurricane evacuees in a travel trailer, and Rusty did gymnastics to find us a spot for two nights on short notice - then greeted us in person on arrival. 100% amazing guy to have running the place. Facility is super clean, really fun, and conveniently located. Mix of longer term campers and passers-thru, and all of them were nice and helpful. Feels like a real community in there. Would definitely stay again - although hopefully not due to a hurricane! We're in a tiny camper so the lack of a bathhouse was a bit inconvenient, but most everyone else was in much larger models and knew what to expect. Next time I will too!
