New owners took over. They've raised a lot rent since I've moved in from $220 to now $509. People that are just moving in Pay over 600. Remember to you're just paying to sit on the land you have to take care of it too or they will fine you. Those finds aren't cheap either. They can charge you eighty dollar fine if you Don't mow your yard Every 2 weeks.Bad Roads been like that for at least 7 years. Buying and trailer is a bad investment. Because when you buy a trailer, it only loses value It cannot gain value like a house And they don't last a lifetime. If you cannot afford to pay lot rent. Then they can kick you out. You have a certain amount of time to move your trailer. If you cannot move it then it becomes theirs. They require you to remove your hitch and they will cut it off if you don't. I am unsure if you can weld on another. At this point a lot of people I know Have abandoned their trailers Not sold. Because either they can't afford rent and as I said they don't last forever there just falling apart. Spend your money on a house not a trailer. Hope this will help you.

Me and my family lived here Since I was about 9, I'm now 15 almost 16. Our trailer caught on fire due to an electrical issue about 2 months ago, a broken outlet sparked and caught the insulation on fire. The trailer was already in terrible condition, it had holes in the floors, leaks, which is expected from a older trailer but we were told they were going to be fixed. (They didn't.) My father suffered burns from the fire, me, me, my mother and brother all suffered respitory issues, and I lost my best friend, my cat spirit, due to the fire. If you're going to live here or plan on too, please check the trailer throughly. Consider buying a new trailer even if it's more expensive.

I wish I could go back in time and tell myself not to buy a home from Tabitha, she lies. She acts like your friend tells you all the things will be done before you finish buying the home from her. Then she does none of the things she promised. She doesn't help you in finding someone to help fix stuff.

I lived here just shy of 6 months, I absolutely loved it. Working with Steve was super easy and he told me everything from the beginning and always kept it real with me. I worked crazy hours and he was super sweet to put packages inside my home while it was raining etc. The community is quiet, nobody really bothers you in that matter. I was never charged anything “extra” for any reason. I felt safe getting home at midnight from work. I felt safe to let my son (5) ride his bike outside if I was cooking dinner etc. If I had a support system in cedar falls I would have stayed. All around super great experience, sad to go but I know Steve will keep it in tip top shape ❤️

Please update the speed bumps.. they are outdated & being a mechanic engineer they cause more damage than they do any good trust me I've changed the struts on many vehicles granted Waterloo/cedar falls roads don't serve any justice but the trailer courts all need to upgrade or update their speed bump requirements.
