Roads inside are horrible potholes large enough to swallow a full-size car
The trailer court itself is not bad, but the management is horrible. She is the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with she’s rude as hell. And She’s very unprofessional and racist they won’t provide a corporate number or a home office contact. They tell you to fill out a complaint form and drop it off at the office it does no good complaining to her about her I’ve tried smfh
I went to pick up my child, lady pulled up in a truck started yelling at me to not park on the grass. UMMMMMM lady I see no grass it’s all snow, maybe if you plowed better people could see. Then proceeded to sit behind my car waiting for me to move. I told her I can’t move as long as you’re sitting behind me. She’s very rude
The people who manage this place are low rent thieves and con artists. They try to strictly apply absurd rules on some people and allow others to ignore all rules. They show no regard for the law or people's rights. Maintenance items management should take care of go unattended. They will "serve" laughable notices to people that are meant to intimidate and threaten owners into moving so they can bring in more rentals. Worst landlord/property manager I've ever been around. Do not do business with these criminals.
