Well if I could leave negative stars I would! This has got to be the fakest ass place I’ve ever lived in. This place is awful. The management company sucks. They will nickel and die you for every cent they can.! I thought everything was good to go. I purchased a new house from them supposed to be brand new no one has ever lived in it. So I paid cash for a so called new home on 7/18/2024 and moved in shortly after. About 2 days later things started to show that it was broken or not working. So first thing that showed was all of my sinks, leaked water underneath, and my plumbing doesn’t work correctly about a day or so later I found out my dishwasher So they came and they replaced my dishwasher. My master bathtub is not usable because it is cracked and busted all to pieces. I did not see this whenever I first looked at the home. I did not notice that it was cracked or leaking until I discovered it in the shower. There is cracks everywhere. I notified them promptly of all the damages I could see. None of my doors open and closed properly. My front door is really bad. Messed up. You could see daylight out of it. I thought I had a leveling issue turns out they said that it’s completely level my front entryway door pops when you walk on it I weigh about 160 pounds. It sounds like it’s going to fall through when I step on it they kept giving me the runaround Saying that they were going to fix it, but never did none of my doors in my house open and closed properly. They kept telling me they were going to fix that They never did. I have a broken window that was broken from the inside. It was broken. Whenever I first bought the house. They said they were going to fix it. I never received a one. I had a missing shutter from the outside over and over and over I asked them when they were going to get one. They said they would have to order it here we are 10/24/2024 and they informed me they aren’t going to fix anything on my brand new home that even though it says brand new on my bill of sale that states I have a warranty. Somehow, they have managed to weasel their way out of it, and have not said anything about taking responsibility. But that’s the little stuff let me get you down to the big stuff so after hurricane Helene hit it rain four days in a row, and I got extreme amounts of water in my house I notified them. They took their sweet time to send someone out to look at it. I have black mold in my house all throughout my house. It definitely did not get there from the time Now, because the day I had water there was mold I have pictures time stated to prove it. They are claiming that the rain caused the mold, which is not true because mold takes time to grow whenever I noticed the water was coming in. My house is the same day I noticed I mold! So they sold me a brand new house that isn’t brand new Somehow, they managed to pull a fast one over me for about $60,000! So if you’re thinking about moving into this community, I would definitely recommend not but if you still are interested, definitely do your homework because these people literally pulled a fast one on me and stuck me high and dry! Far as the park is concerned, it’s not all that people fly through the park nonstop day and day out even though there’s kids playing in the street and there’s animals crossing they don’t care they drive like a bat out of hell and the park does absolutely nothing the Park Manager on the other hand, sweetest lady I’ve ever met in my life. She’s always trying to get people to slow down. They don’t care about her. The office personnel is absolutely wonderful however, corporate office Is complete crooks! The park is trashy. The lawn care is absolutely horrible. I’ve done so much to improve my lot, but one person can only do so much when there’s constant trash the drug activity in and out of the park is out of control. They don’t do anything about it. I’m thankful that I don’t have kids because I would hate to have my kids grow up in a community like this
Oct 25, 2024 · O'Mulriain ReyWe just got hit with a $200 water bill I was told they couldn't read our meter. So where did the amount come from. And we have no leaks
Apr 03, 2025 · Mason's MimiBest place I’ve lived so far. Safe environment and very close to town. Michelle and Shawna are very helpful when it comes to information on anything.
Aug 19, 2022 · minimumwadeUsed to live here but the main shut off valve for the water busted and it took them an hour to get to me, he shut the water off at the front of the park ( the whole reason it busted in the first place because they turn it on and off 10 times a week if not more). So when I use my sink all the water rushes through and bangs the pipes under the trailer. By the time maintenance got to me my whole 80 ft trailer was 3 inches deep and I use every single piece of fabric I had in the house to get it cleaned and it still wasn’t enough. Maintenance told me after he shut it off that he would be back in the morning to fix it. I was up till 4 am dealing with it by myself. It cause mold everywhere and ruined everything of mine. They tried to say it was animal pee that caused the “mildew”. And refused to let me have someone come out to look even if I paid for it. They also wouldn’t let me file renters insurance and when I was told that I said I didn’t want to get lawyers involved but if nothing will be done then I would. The manager and assistant manager ”Michelle” then got in their cars and left and did not want to handle it like mature grown adults do. It’s sad to think that a 23 and a 21 year old have more smarts and common sense and respect than 2 grown women that’s in their 70’s. They are now trying to collect $800 from me but I’m ready the whole 3 years I was living there…. Yeah I was making a file and babyyyyy is it thickkkkkk!!!! 😂 I got pics messages to prove we was contacting them and them never responding. Well only when it’s something they want like money, other than that they disregard anything else we say to them. The old manager and Michelle has already been under investigation for supposedly stealing peoples rent money. Save yourself from this horrible mistake I ever made.
May 30, 2024 · Anthony StylesI've lived in several mobile home parks throughout my life. This one is the best so far. I've lived here 2 years. It's quiet and clean. I like that the streets are paved. Lawn service and garbage service is included. I haven't had any issues with crime or loud neighbors. I believe that's due to a mandatory background check in order to live here. Lot fees are reasonable for the location.
