So I was just informed that this mobile home park charges $435 per month and doesn't include the typical water sewer and garbage. what a horribly over priced trailer park that charges ridiculously high lot rent without even including what most trailer parks include in their lot rent. Horribly over priced and a rip off in my opinion for a trailer park. Think twice about this place and compare with other parks before settling on this one for sure!!!!!!
