My son lived here for 5 years. They raise your rent yearly. Turn off your water every couple of days. And are not very friendly. The one good thing about this place is the Mexican restaurant within walking distance.
This place is a thief they steal homes. They will auction your home and not let you claim, also hinder your sale when you have 45 days to sell it. They are thieves and should have a class action law suit against them if anybody else has had issues with Golden hills mobile home park please reach out. This place is a joke and will steal homes and sell them for more than they are worth and won't let you sell hinder change your locks on your home their just evil. People need to stand up and fight back and not just walk away stand together. The HOA rules are a bit strict. The land rent is high. You may not want to drink the water. They frequently turn off the water and start a boil water alert.
The management is very nice and polite and tries their best to work out every problem, the newest management is one of the best I’ve seen! The only issue is that the pool is not open and when it is there are a lot of bugs in it. The pool needs an update to become a hot spot. I think this is a wonderful park to live in with plenty of future in it! Lots of things to do around the area and the new equestrian center opening up right down the road! I do wish to voice my concerns on security and general updates.(UPDATE: the pool is open, being updated! The pool is MUCH cleaner, and security has actually been a lot better with cracking down on bad behaviors)(NEW: FIVE STAR)
The community laws are garbage and steal your homes and then turn around and sells them behind your back leaving you homeless. I wouldnt recommend moving here its all just a scam
