I really do not care for this place too much I have a friend and sister that live here. The management is not very good at all and when kids go to the playground by the pool at times it has beer bottles, pill bottles, and have found a smoke pipe. They raise the price of rent when they build the storage area. Kids used to play all the time now most of the kids stay inside the

The absolute worst place in the entire world to live. Management is absolutely awful and will never help you with anything whatsoever except printing out a receipt for your monthly rent. They do not deserve 1 star out of 5. My mobile home flooded due to a busted fitting on a water line beneath the sink and I was out of town. Did they help with the water bill, no they didn't. It was my problem and I was a nuisance by simply even calling to inquire. Any place in the world, a war zone even is better to live than this dump!
